Based in Rutland, East Midlands, Liz Moore is well known for her innovative approach to the kitchen. She has been cooking professionally for nearly 30 years and has developed a huge fan base through her private catering work, her previous work at Belle Isle Cookery School, and through her t.v. appearances. Liz has worked with many iconic chefs, Michel Roux Sen., Rosemary Shrager & Lucy Madden, to name just a few. Liz's style of food could be described as "fine dining" but she produces equally delicious and relaxed food for family dining. She has a love of foraged food and due to her enormous passion for good, local food, Liz has represented her food all over the world and has cooked for many impressive and interesting people, most notably, HM Queen Elizabeth.
