This was amzing fun to film.  The Iron chefs were, from left of the photo, Martin Blunos, Judu Joo, Sanjay Dwevedi and Tom Aikens.  I was filmed in the first week and won my round to compete against Iron Chef Tom Aikens.  It was crazy cooking as fast as you could go, some fab food though!

Massimo Capra is an Italian chef from Canada who came to cook with me at Belle Isle.  He met local producers and then came back to cook with me at the cookery school.  He was very professional and an awful lots of fun to work with.  We visited Orchard Acre Farm and Hilton park for home grown produce.

Sarah Wiener is a celebrity chef from Austria living in Germany.  She went deer stalking at Barons Court Estate for the amazing Sika deer.  I cooked a rack of venison for her and then she cooked a slightly different dish for me and the Aughakillymaude mummers!
